The ideal candidate will have recent experience within the Travel, Transportation, & Logistics (TT&L) client vertical / industry in an Account Manager/Client Executive capacity.

Responsibilities

Business Transformation Client Partner will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for existing client portfolios to ensure growth and profitability, effectively manage client relationships, facilitate delivery and drive client and employee satisfaction.

 

The Client Partner is responsible for achieving the assigned annual revenue and profitability targets by actively managing the client relationship. This includes:

 

  • Achieve revenue growth and profitability by:
    • Translating clients’ strategic requirements into EXL-enabled solutions. Work with operations leaders, interlock leaders (Consulting, Analytics and F&A) and product owners to cross sell multiple lines of service that meet client’s business objectives, while delivering measurable results
    • Identifying and executing opportunities to transform clients’ onshore business processes using emerging digital technologies such as Robotics, Artificial intelligence, advanced automation and Analytics 
  • Position EXL as a strategic partner, trusted advisor and value-creator
  • Be the “Executive face of EXL” and solicit ongoing feedback from the clients
  • Be a ‘Thought Leader’ and constantly evaluate the applicability of new and emerging technologies to create value for the clients. Publish white papers
  • Forge close working relationships and alliances in order to get things done (for the client). Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to the clients
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts; proven experience in managing accounts / portfolio ranging from $10m to $30m and greater 
  • Continuously keep track of client needs, gauge client satisfaction and expand client contacts
  • Drive the creation and execution of strategic account plans
  • Act as a database manager for client documents including SOWs and MSAs
  • Handle client reporting (both qualitative and quantitative)
  • Work closely with delivery teams to meet and exceed client expectations, and resolve relationship and/or operations issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences and/or other marketing events as necessary

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution - MBA Preferred
  • 8+ total years of experience:
    • PLUS 1 - 3 years of experience creating technology enabled solutions such as Robotics, advanced automation, Artificial intelligence and Analytics
  • Effectively and proactively managed client’s expectations, built deep client partnerships, and developed excellent communication and executive presence to connect at all levels in the organization
  • Experience in creating technology enabled solutions such as Robotics, advanced automation, Artificial intelligence and Analytics
  • Experience in managing & growing long term complex multimillion dollar accounts; services or solutions
  • Broad functional knowledge within the sector and the ability to connect with a variety of executive level stakeholders on their specific pain-points; build meaningful internal and external relationships.
  • Strong sales process & operations skills (pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, etc.) 
  • Strategically minded and able to create a consultative and solution-minded sales environment.
  • A forward & innovative thinker constantly focused on shaping the organization to meet and anticipate both near and long-term business issues 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environment 
  • Experience in a similar vertical / domain; having managed relationship at CXO level
  • Proven track record of success meeting revenue goals and managing multiple clients
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization
