EXL Project Managers and Business Analysts are the primary day-to-day client contacts and regularly interact with senior client executives.
Leads and participates in project teams of 3+ consultants as well as the client team in all aspects of project execution, including being the primary leader to define the client’s requirements and the champion for those requirements as they align to the technical solution.
Must have BS degree and 5+ years of experience working within technology projects. Must have experience working with agile methods and a deep understanding of the SDLC. Agile/Scrum certification and/or PMI certification is desired, but not a must have.
The candidate for this role must have excellent planning, problem solving, project management and leadership skills. The ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as management/executives including verbal, formal presentation and written communication skills is essential.
