The practice provides solutions primarily for (but not limited to) Total Population Health Management, Payment Integrity, Revenue Optimization and Customer Engagement. We bring to bear capabilities in Clinical Operations, Healthcare Analytics, Consulting and Healthcare Technology to drive these solutions in the market. In addition to the sales, support and operations staff, the practice employs over 1,400 clinical as well as analytical professionals. EXL’s proprietary platforms, CareRadius and MaxMC, cover over 50+ million lives connecting payers, providers and members with critical clinical information, and automating operations to increase efficiencies across all aspects of care management.

 

EXL Analytics is seeking a leader with executive level relationships with leading Payer clients and a proven track record of sales and business development performance in managed care environment.

 

This is an individual contributer VP level Sales role.  It is expected that suitable candidates will bring rich experience in providing managed care related solutions. This position is responsible for the identification and sale of large scale analytics opportunities and development of analytics solutions in the multiple areas including Operations Analytics, Clinical Analytics (e.g.  HEDIS / STARs), Payment Integrity, Marketing Analytics, etc.

This position will need ability to work and manage in a  matrix environment

Responsibilities

Vice President Sales, Health Plan Analytics

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Go-to-Market Strategy to hit revenue targets
  • Grow EXL Analytics revenues with existing and new Health Plan  / Payer clients
  • Bring an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings to drive EXL’s growth strategy and investments.
  • Work closely with functional practice leaders within EXL to drive financial goals of EXL Analytics practice.
  • Demonstrate ability to advise clients on healthcare best practices and business strategy
  • Work effectively across the EXL organization and partner with the appropriate team members to demonstrate the depth and breadth of EXL’s solutions.
  • Be a key intermediary between the service delivery team and the customer..

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must have Health Plan / Payer individual contributor sales experience.
  • Proven experience in selling long term complex multimillion dollar products, services or solutions within the healthcare market.
  • Should have familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, Big data and non-relational databases
  • Good understanding of analytics market and competitive landscape
  • Ability to communicate confidently at the C-level to build meaningful internal and external relationships.
  • Broad functional knowledge within the healthcare sector and able to connect with a variety of executive level stakeholders on their specific pain-points.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%

Bachelors or Masters (preferred) degree in health sciences, technology, business, economics or related fields
