This position sits within the newly formed Digital Experience Center, where you will have the incredible opportunity to drive scale and bring the power of ONE EXL to our customers and prospects.
The EXL Digital Experience Center is a hands-on, experiential laboratory where EXL, clients and partners can actively work with technologies such as advance automation, robotics, analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, IoT, cognition and other techniques. The Digital Experience Center (DEC) is designed to bring together the physical and virtual worlds. Here we collaborate with our clients to ideate, experiment and accelerate the realization of their digital initiatives.
This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a personalized digital experience for our customers and prospects. Tactical activity includes preparing and executing on marketing plans, coordinating creative production for marketing asset needs, researching new approaches and technology to showcase the art of the possible, providing guidance on the latest digital trends to the local teams, keeping track of the digital showcase elements, accelerate lead-to-revenue and deliver positive ROI for the company.
