Responsibilities

This position sits within the newly formed Digital Experience Center, where you will have the incredible opportunity to drive scale and bring the power of ONE EXL to our customers and prospects. 

The EXL Digital Experience Center is a hands-on, experiential laboratory where EXL, clients and partners can actively work with technologies such as advance automation, robotics, analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, IoT, cognition and other techniques. The Digital Experience Center (DEC) is designed to bring together the physical and virtual worlds. Here we collaborate with our clients to ideate, experiment and accelerate the realization of their digital initiatives.

 This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish a personalized digital experience for our customers and prospects. Tactical activity includes preparing and executing on marketing plans, coordinating creative production for marketing asset needs, researching new approaches and technology to showcase the art of the possible, providing guidance on the latest digital trends to the local teams, keeping track of the digital showcase elements, accelerate lead-to-revenue and deliver positive ROI for the company.
 

  • This digital generalist will be responsible for supporting the business development needs by serving as the digital subject matter expert to the new/existing clients; s/he should be comfortable to present the EXL point of view on digital transformation, industry trends and drivers and familiar with clients’ imperative on what driving change.
  • Act as the chief storyteller for all of EXL digital capabilities, product demonstrations and should have good understanding of the underlying technology behind the products or platforms.
  • Create/coordinate presentations, demonstrations, mock-ups and similar materials for the business development teams. These materials should accurately portray EXL capabilities as a strategic digital transformation partner.
  • Design, set up and facilitate ideation workshops with clients and team members from the various EXL business units (advanced automation & robotics, analytics, digital products) and industry and practice leadership.
  • Synthesize and capture in real time client identify follow up opportunities, build compelling proposals, and help with pursuits.
  • Help create a repository of material for the business development teams to utilize in client pitches.
  • Support training and education of digital competencies and the use of the Digital Experience Center across the company.
  • Work with our partner ecosystem and academia on digital content and co-solutioning.

Qualifications

  • MBA preferred

 

  • Minimum of seven years of experience in designing and delivering collaborative sessions with clients; previous experience with facilitating sessions for senior leaders/clients is preferred   
  • Ability to work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment; ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and understand the work the team does to apply design thinking to solve complex business challenges   
  • Demonstrated skills in building relationships and working effectively with all levels of the firm including senior leadership and partners   
  • The ideal candidate is strategic, highly collaborative and organized and works seamlessly to manage a shifting workload.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into tangible benefits and value propositions are crucial to the position.

You will work with a number of cross functional teams including various business units, product/platforms, sales, business development, and marketing to drive adoption for our digital transformation offerings
