Serves as a technical expert in the area of systems administration managing and overseeing desktop infrastructure and engineering tasks to ensure systems are functioning properly and efficiently to support the business needs. The position provides core technical support/analysis, design and implementation skills to automate the desktop deployment or compliance management along with desktop upgrades for technical infrastructure.


Major responsibilities includes providing technical support including maintenance and upgrading of resources, assigns staff to resolve operational issues, software/network troubleshooting, automation on end point & compliance management on AV, Encryption, Patch management , SCCM agent, backup solutions (preferably EMC Avamar/Mozy), and OS related troubleshooting. The candidate will also be responsible to resolve complex technical issues on end point across multiple sites/users.


Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Certification in Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, SCCM is an additional advantage.

At least 6-8 years in a similar role. Exposure to desktop support with atleast 3 years of experience in the leader role
