  • Review reported claims to determine subrogation potential

  • Use judgment skills and critical thinking to determine recovery potential

  • Desire to learn identification (review for subrogation), triage (investigation) and processor (provide documentation) roles

  • Must work independently in a high production environment

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to client

  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times while in the client’s office


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Insurance claims experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Ability to review a claim and think critically about next steps
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills when reviewing claims with limited information
  • Ability to comprehend notes on claims through context
  • Must live within driving distance of San Antonio, Texas
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient with technology
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Able to type at least 45 wpm
