We seek a Payroll & Benefits Leader to support the organization in maintaining a safe, healthy and legally compliant, work environment. The person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of the US Benefits & Payroll department for 2000 plus employees. The incumbent will be the main point of contact with all benefit plans, benefits carriers and vendors on all issues related to Health and Welfare, Retirement, Workers Compensation, Disability claims (STD & LTD), FMLA, PFL, unemployment insurance and all leave programs. The incumbent will also be the main point of contact for US payroll supporting over 2000 employees across 50 States with the employee life-cycle; payroll processing, benefits enrollment, HRIS, on-boarding, off-boarding and reporting.
The ideal candidate is one who demonstrates a strong knowledge of ADP payroll processes , Aetna, CIGNA, Prudential, The Hartford, Benefit Resources,VSP, with an attention to detail and strong collaboration skills. Will report to Vice President of Compensation & Benefits; based in Jersey City, NJ.
