This position as a full-time Business Analyst, will work from the Overland Park office for the Audit Division.

Experienced position in which the incumbent provides support for the development, testing and quality assurance of IT based solutions that are consistent with company policies, procedures, and standards.



  1. Responsible for thoroughly testing new enhancements/fixes prior to production
  2. Responsible for clearly defined requirements that focus primarily on the business user
  3. Responsible for building and testing new forms
  4. Responsible for implementation of training plans for new systems
  5. Responsible for a clear and concise understanding of client needs, reporting processes and business user interface
  6. Responsible for critically assessing business user processes and identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions for those inefficiencies
  7. Responsible for advanced trouble-shooting
  8. Responsible for Project Managing IT projects




  1. Have the ability to evaluate information contained in reports and determine if the information satisfies procedures, policies and requirements.
  2. Have the ability to meet established performance standards in activities such as training program development, materials, delivery, evaluation and administration.
  3. Have the ability to manage multiple projects at once and handle time sensitive urgencies.
  4. Must have advanced knowledge in use and maintenance of computer equipment, software, and general office equipment.
  5. Must have excellent knowledge of Project Management techniques and standards
  6. Must have excellent written and organizational skills.



Education:   Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Experience: A minimum of two year’s experience working for OSI or related experience, or in the role of a business analyst.

Certifications and Licenses

Required   None

Preferred: PMP, CBAB, CCBA
