The following position for a Field Manager will cover the Central Region for OSI Survey.

Senior level position in which incumbent assigns work, manages Field Specialist’s logs, maintains control of time service and production levels, monitors quality, and interacts with clients in his/her geographic region in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures, and standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily management of the Field Specialist’s work logs and needs within a specified region.
  • Responsible for assigning work to Field Specialist’s per company guidelines.
  • Responsible for maintaining a staff of Field Specialists who can meet company’s quality and professionalism standards.
  • Responsible for meeting company time service objectives.
  • Responsible for adhering to budget guidelines including Field Specialist’s expense ratios.
  • Responsible for meeting personal and regional production goals.
  • Responsible for interacting with clients/customers.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent working knowledge of inspection rules and applicable state regulations.
  • Must have complete knowledge and expertise in all technical areas of the inspection process.
  • Have the ability to multitask and handle time sensitive urgencies.
  • Strong presentation skills for large groups consisting of employees with many types of skill levels.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
