Responsibilities

*Note: Successful completion of background and drug screening is mandatory.

(Part Time Shifts between the hours of 12pm-9pm class starts December 18th)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for bright minds, good hearts, and helping hands. We need people who:

  • Exceed member expectations by demonstrating concern for member safety.
  • Possess the ability to effectively diffuse high tension situations
  • Are passionate about what they do
  • Understand the member’s needs
  • Stay calm, collected, and supportive in a fast paced call center environment processing member requests for roadside assistance.
  • Think critically and independently
  • Can manage and prioritize their time
  • Keep members informed of the status and progress of their requests.
  • Can provide customer service, assuring that members are satisfied and will return for additional business
  • Can make outbound calls to dispatch appropriate service to the members
  • Can adhere to all applicable policies and remain resilient in addressing the customer’s needs.
  • Can work as team player in a dynamic work environment.
  • Have the ability to produce results in a timely and accurate manner; always building rapport with the customer.

 

Qualifications

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • One year of Call Center Experience Preferred
  • Must have a minimum education of a high school diploma
  • Must be confirmed as being eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the hire date.
  • Should be qualified to be lawfully employed per the required local employment regulations
  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should demonstrate an ability to follow directions/procedures.
  • Must have a pleasant-speaking voice, an empathetic tone, good articulation, rate of speed and the ability to be clear and concise in their communication style
  • Must be able to demonstrated effective customer service and active listening skills.
  • Ability to solve customer’s problems and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Proficiency with PC applications, Windows environment, accessing the Web/Internet and Email
  • Typing speed of 35-40 WPM
