We are looking for a qualified Digital Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for acting as the point of contact for one or more of our healthcare clients.  The Digital Program Manager will work closely with business, marketing and technology teams, both internally and externally, to help our clients grow their business while maximizing their ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Present digital marketing strategies to client
  • Analyze digital campaigns success
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a digital program manager, 5-7 years
  • Good understanding of the health insurance market, preferably with exposure to the Medicare market.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good team player who can work well across functional teams, both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
