Responsibilities

The Change Manager will provide hands-on program leadership and support for the full spectrum of change capability from setting-up an effective change management process through to driving adoption of the changes and ensuring that new ways of working are embedded within the organization. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide transformation advice and consultancy support to the organization
  • Work with the program management teams to influence the program delivery schedule to ensure optimal change adoption and time to realize new ways of working
  • Establishing and providing execution leadership globally for training and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Establishing and executing on global communication plans
  • Ensure that delivery plans are designed for efficiency and impact with particular consideration for the degree and type of impact on key user groups
  • Analyze the cumulative volume of change across multiple projects on different parts of the organization
  • Develop and support the deployment of Change Management interventions and assist with propagation of these solutions across the organization
  • Promoting a flexible engagement environment that can handle changes in direction while maintaining focus on delivering value for the client. Individual will be expected to anticipate and identify issues that will inhibit attainment of goals and proactively solve those problems. S/he will also coordinate resolution of issues through the use of change management best practices and consensus building
  • Partner with other parts of the organization instrumental in delivering the transformation such as the HR department
  • Drive user adoption and ensure the realization of new ways of working
  • Identify measure and demonstrate results and benefits of the change management interventions
  • Work with stakeholders of different levels, functional areas and in multiple geographies
  • Negotiate with key stakeholders for appropriate changes in the ways of working and resolving conflicts
  • Interacts regularly with senior EXL partners and clients stakeholders to ensure project is meeting its objectives and solicit feedback on project deliverables
  • Develops relationships with the client and identifies additional engagement opportunities to bring more value to EXL’s client
  • Actively contributes to business development and to attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating a team of diverse and qualified staff

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • A successful track record of managing change in an organization
  • Experience in large scale organizational change efforts including large scale systems implementation
  • Previous experience of managing business change in both a project and operational environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing key performance metrics and understanding their respective impact to business strategy
  • Ability to measure, demonstrate and articulate the change impact to the business, of specific process and service changes and to make these tangible for employees
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering business change, including approach, plans and measurement / feedback processes
  • A self-starting, highly experienced and motivated senior Change Manager
  • Possess excellent planning, problem solving, project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as management/executives including verbal, formal presentation and written communication skills is essential.

 

Preferred Qualifications:                                      

  • MBA or other relevant Master’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Change Management / PMP certification
  • Proven credibility with senior leaders through demonstrated change management acumen
  • Ability to identify potential coalitions, and balance conflicting goals and perceptions
  • Ability to think strategically regarding the future development needs of the organization
  • Ability to communicate the key elements of the change in a simple, compelling way
