This job requires working in shift (4 PM EST to Midnight EST) and may need to provide support on holidays/weekends.




  • Perform system support activities related to Insurance admin system
  • Develop and maintain the batch scripts, jobs in the scheduling software.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports based on the business requirements
  • Create and maintain the scheduling documentation.
  • Work as a level 1 support during the shift and troubleshoot cycle issues.

Communicate various process statuses to management and to the stakeholders.


  • 1 year of MS SQL Server programming experience
  • 1 year of development and operational experience in a standard job scheduling software. Job monitoring experience is must.
  • 1 year of experience in DOS batch scripting.
  • Ability to communicate well and work effectively with end-users. Capable in multi-tasking with little supervision.
  • Good writing skills for general communication.
  • Ability to function in a high-volume and high pace environment
