This position requires on call duty which may require occasional support during night hours.

  • Perform system support activities related to Insurance admin system
  • Develop and validate several data reports based on the business requests
  • Work with business users on requirements, develop and maintain complex data extract programs



  • 3 years of MS SQL Server programming experience—writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, optimization etc.
  • 2 years of experience in data migration activities including data quality and data cleansing using industry recognized data migration tools. 
  • 2 years of experience in developing complex ETL processes.
  • 2 years of experience in automation and DOS batch scripting.
  • 2 years of development and support experience in a standard job scheduling software. 
  • 2 years of nightly production support experience in a highly time sensitive delivery environment
  • Ability to think conceptually and logically about both data and process.
  • Process improvement experience and attitude is a plus. 
  • Good writing skills for general communication and for writing process documentation 
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with end-users and offshore teams.
  • Ability to function in a high-volume and high pace environment.
