  • Act as the development lead to provide management over RPA developers
  • Mentoring colleagues through the RPA Training and guidance on best practice and development techniques
  • Work on selected RPA tool troubleshoot and develop fixes and enhancements to robotic process automation programs for our clients
  • Understanding & analyzing project requirements and working on them to deliver timely results.
  • Interacting with onshore counterparts for requirement and diagnostic information gathering.
  • Any development & analysis requirement within the project.
  • Manage and triage work queue to ensure timely response to production issues using time management and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work with the RPA Center Of Excellence to ensure quality in project deliveries.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by Team/ Project Manager.



Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (any discipline)
  • Good command over English Language and good communication skills is a must.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a software developer
  • Experience with one of Blueprism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or Openspan. With at least 2-3 RPA projects delivered
  • Previous consulting experience preferred
  • Good trouble shooting / critical thinking skills to effectively diagnose and solution for potential issues encountered during RPA development
  • Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team/ Project Manager
  • All shortlisted candidates will undergo detailed BGC and any failure will result in termination


Competencies Required: 

  • Good Programming skills in any language(PL-SQL/Java/.net/c/c++/HTML), .NET stack preferred
  • Knowledge from working with any BPM tool desired but not required
  • Good knowledge of object oriented programming concepts, database management concepts and scripting
  • Experience of working in a programming development environment (Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc…)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to work in a continually changing environment
  • Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle
  • Good communication skills & open to travel and working in shift timings per the support cycle.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio
  • Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement
