Specific Activities and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking the right individual to join our technology consulting firm as a Lead Architect Focused in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) space. The selected individual should have enterprise software design and development knowledge as well as experience that spans the project life-cycle, from client-focused requirements gathering to RPA implementation, including building scripts/virtual workers and testing in team-centric environments. Skills in data modeling and reporting, database architecture, relational database development, and implementing RPA programs is desired. 10 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate related formal education are preferred.


The candidate should have experience across a RPA Program implementation including designing/building all artifacts (scripts, flows, rules, virtual workers, etc.), as well as have experience integrating with complex systems (Web services, Mainframe applications, OCR, etc.).

Preference will be given to candidates who are credentialed in the RPA Space (BluePrism, OpenSpan, UIPath, AutomationAnywhere).

  • MBA, MIS, or other advanced degree
  • 2-5 years consulting experience, preferably in the Healthcare or Insurance fields.
  • Previous consulting experience preferred
