    EXL’s Finance Transformation practice focuses on 5 key areas, including, Finance Organizational Design, Process Optimization, Finance Systems Advisory, Compliance & Assurance, and Accounting Advisory Services.


    • Design an overarching enterprise wide end to end Product/Service Delivery Framework, end to end lifecycle management of a product/service/offering, whether new, modified or expanded
    • Assess existing processes and programs to be incorporated into the Framework wherever possible, identification of gaps and suggesting changes as required, including Policy, Procedure and Controls review.
    • Establish a governance framework that clearly identifies, addresses and reports relevant risks throughout the product lifecycle
    • Highlight forward-looking considerations for potential future scope of business and industry trends
    • Identify relevant work streams required to execute implementation of the Framework
    • Deliver a comprehensive, written Product/Service Delivery Framework program document outlining standards for all components of the Framework e.g., business processes, 2LoD engagement (Vendor, Cyber, RCSA, Product Risk, Surveillance and Monitoring, New Product Approval process), supporting technology, reference data, roles and responsibilities and timeline for execution


    • 3-12 years of relevant experience in designing, development and documentation of Product/Service Delivery Framework
    • Experience of working in Investment Banking and/or Broker Dealer in US either directly or through a Big 4 consulting firm or any other reputed professional services firm is a must
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration
    • Experience of providing a strategic solution for end to end product lifecycle management
    • Experience of defining all components, key elements, processes and controls, roles and responsibilities across all Lines of Defense
    • Prior experience of New Product Approval process in banking and capital markets industry (highly preferred)
    • Knowledge and experience of various financial products
    • Awareness and keen interest in changing regulatory landscape
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Competency with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Demonstrable skills in content creation and management, product positioning, proposal development and oversight, and relationship management
    • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Team player and goal oriented
    • Proven ability to lead projects and engage with senior management
