  • Overview

    Intermediate level position in which the incumbent provides support for resolving questions of customers and policyholders in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures, and standards. Primary responsibility requires taking incoming calls from policyholders and assisting/answering questions about the Auditstream portal and the audit process in general.  Assist as required by management with other branch operations up to and including; attaching documents to work orders, resolving audit disputes or quality issues, handling incoming fax and email communication from policyholders. 


    • Take incoming calls from policyholders and answer questions about the Auditstream portal.
    • Communicate with the policyholder about any questions OSI has on the audit.
    • Attaching documents to work orders.
    • Assisting insureds in completing the audit as requested.
    • Resolving audit disputes or quality issues as requested by customer. 
    • Handling incoming fax and email communication from policyholders. 


    • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision.
    • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
    • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate findings with customers and management.
    • Basic understanding of the audit function.
    • Ability to analyze and complete large volumes of transaction-level detail
