    EXL, a Global Client Services firm, is seeking to hire a Coupa Implementation Specialist to join their team and assist onsite at one of their largest Transportation clients. 

     

    ***Must have at least 3-5 years of recent/current Coupa Implementation Analyst experience*** Total of  5-7 years’ experience max

     

    This is a hands on / roll up your sleeves role with great exposure to the executive internal and external client team, and opportunity for future growth. 

     

    This role will involve being at the EXL client site, and ensuring to support Coupa implementation.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding that the client comes first, will have a "can do" attitude, will have confidence to advise the client that any challenge that arises can be taken care of, and in turn, manage the process of correcting the challenge. 

     

    This role will report in to Client Manager 

    Responsibilities

    • a specific skillset  - someone who is a Coupa expert from a system administration perspective. 
    • Working knowledge on the Coupa tool daily that understands how the configurations work. 
    • Assist with configurations, building of UAT, and execution of UAT.
    • Having an understanding of P2P is important
    • Manage large amounts of data (in this case vendor data and supporting info).  This skillset is a must
    • A nice plus is someone who understands pulling data from ERPs

    Specific activities to be performed:

    • Active and pro-active daily interaction with client stakeholders, over email and phone, to resolve queries and provide resolution related to contracts
    • Working knowledge on the Coupa tool daily that understands how the configurations work. 
    • Assist with configurations, building of UAT, and execution of UAT.
    • Attest performed 1 or 2  coupa implementation
    • Working experience of P2P and Coupa awareness

    Qualifications

    • 4 yr. College Degree
    • 2 - 3 years recent current experience, preferably in a Coupa implementation Analyst role or very similar operational finance/accounting role
      • Total of 4-6 years’ experience max
    • Excellent understanding of contracting process
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Attention to detail
    • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint
    • Experienced in creating Standard Operating Procedures
    • Capable of working independently with little or no supervision
    • Proficient in fostering a spirit of collaboration and team work
    • Proficient in forward-looking operational planning

     

    Familiar with the following financial audit principles:

    • Operational finance process management
    • Excellent English communication skills
    • Ability to operate independently
    • Collaborative team player
    • Customer Service orientation
