    Positions Overview:

    This position is responsible for working with and supporting the Direct Marketing Acquisition team at U.S. Bank. The ideal applicant will have good project management skills, the ability to multi-task and quickly transition from one task to another in a fast paced environment. The candidate must be technically proficient so he/she is comfortable working not only in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, but other internal systems as well. Proven time management skills to ensure projects remain on schedule will contribute to the candidate’s success in the role.

    Responsibilities

    • Creating and updating compliance records in the system of record
    • Entering and updating jobs in the Aprimo tool
    • Maintaining the compliance folders required for all direct marketing jobs in preparation for internal and external audits
    • Assisting with the monthly self-auditing process
    • Creating and maintaining the creative schedule to ensure all projects are on time
    • Assisting in the management of the approvals process, including proofing and approvals routing
    • Assist with the invoicing process- submission of invoices and report updating
    • Updating expense and results reporting to help the team make the strategic decisions necessary to advance the programs
    • Assisting with questions that come from our business partners via email related to our Credit and DDA campaigns
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical engineering, computer science, IT or related quantitative analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement.
    • 1+ years’ Project Management experience with solid analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to work.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Leadership skills, team player, communication skill
