    POSITION: Sales Support Executive

    Support the sales team in completing client’s application and client interface for back-end teams


    • Act as a single point of contact for the client
    • Check document requirements for each client expansions request (across end-to end process as per request type)
    • Documents like Profit and Loss statement, balance sheet, Bank statement, lease and dead document etc.
    • Follow-up with clients/ sales team to collect missing / correct / additional documents
    • Verify the documents received from the client for completion
    • Interact with the client and sales team to help complete the application
    • Interact with backend teams (CRO, CCTS, OPS etc.) to understand additional document requirement for application submission
    • Resubmit missing or correct documents collected from client


    • Bachelor Degree Graduate
    • 1 – 2 years of experience working as a sales support executive
    • Good command of written and spoken Englis
    • In-depth knowledge about managing client conversations, relationship building and new client onboardin
    • Ability to work under pressure and with severe time constraints Accuracy and efficiency
    • Respect for confidential information
    • Strong record of achievement, solid analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work


    Technical Knowledge: Computer and Information Technology, English Literacy, Document Management
