    Responsibilities

    • Develop, customize and troubleshoot campaign code in complex environments with the heavy use of JavaScript, HTML and CS
    • Implement analytics tracking code, and perform quality assurance to ensure tagging is working as planned
    • Implement and maintain digital marketing platforms, including Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture), Google Analytics, Adobe Launch (DTM), Salesforce, Adobe Target, and other marketing service platforms and tools
    • Implement analytics tracking code needed for ongoing reporting and analysis activities
    • Translate business requirements into Web Analytics, Tag Management System and A/B Testing platform implementation
    • Collaborate effectively with release engineers, test engineers, systems analysts, agile coaches and stake-holders to deliver great software
    • Create and organize technical documentation
    • Partner with Development team on execution of “winners”
    • Partner with Digital Experience Team to build proof of concepts and prototypes for usability testing
    • Ability to setup profiling audiences, tuning targeting parameters, setup experimentation KPIs, generate reports

    Qualifications

    • Experience with creating A/B, ABN, Multivariate tests in either of the testing platforms (Optimizely, Monetate, Google Optimize, Adobe Target)
    • Develop front-end code to create testing experiences delivered to the customer through Adobe Target; Have 2+ years of front end development experience
    • Experience implementing and/or working with clickstream web analytics tools such Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics; or working knowledge of the field of web analytics
    • Knowledge of/experience with Tag Management Systems (Ensighten, Adobe Dynamic DTM/Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
    • Experience working with integrated development environments, source code management systems and workflow management systems
    • Excellent technical problem solving skills; Apply best practice coding principles to your work
    • Experience in building websites
    • Excellent communicator.

    Skills

    • Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS.
    • Adobe Analytics / Adobe DTM / Adobe Target
    • Working knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript web application development using Angular, React, or equivalent
    • Experience with ATG, Endeca or comparable web platform
    • Experience with site tagging including desktop, mobile, video and OTT for digital properties with high traffic volumes
    • Have experience with one or more web analytics platforms (ex: Google Analytics, Adobe Sitecatalyst, IBM Coremetrics, Kissmetrics or Webtrends)
