    • Support clients with entire spectrum of Digital Analytics with focus on advertising analytics
    • Analyze advertising data to draw insights to drive critical decision making and recommendations
    • Work closely with marketing, social, product development and UX teams to provide analytical support
    • Working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and proactively working with client’s data/IT teams to resolve issues
    • Work on breath of advertising analytics projects like advertising inventory optimization, target audience segmentation, campaign measurement and effectiveness, post campaign profitability and viewership analysis
    • Utilize DMP, Site Analytics, SSP and MTA technologies to drive audience-based planning, buying, targeting, measurement and optimization
    • Provide insights, tools, and dashboards for digital monetization and yield optimization across platforms
    • Formulate analytical findings into concise and easy to consume presentations
    • Emphasis is on end-to-end delivery of data driven analysis
    • Managing/guiding junior resources in dual-shore model


    • Master’s or Bachelor degree in engineering, math, statistics, economics or related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
    • 2-5 years of consulting, analytics delivery experience
    • Proficiency in one scripting language like Python, Java, etc.
    • Strong expertise in the digital media ecosystem including ad exchange (DoubleClick/GDN/ Amazon Publisher Services), ad selling platforms (DFP, AdSense, AdMob), DMP solutions (BlueKai, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Familiarity with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and Big Query
    • Prior experience working with media vendors, web debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, etc.) a plus.
    • Expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends and using a multitude of disparate data sources and tools
    • Prior experience in Advertising Analytics; exposure to social media analytics, programmatic buying and data APIs is a plus
    • Sound analytical ability and business judgment
    • Strong skills in SQL, as well as Business Intelligence, Data and Reporting Tools
    • Knowledge of Tableau is a plus
