    Job Overview:


    The EXL Temp Recruiter role will be based in Jersey City, NJ and will be a part of the US Talent Acquisition Team supporting the Digital Advisory hiring team.

    This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and recruiting for the US Digital Group requisitions.

    The ideal candidate will have recent experience sourcing / recruiting preferably within the Digitial Consulting industry. 



    Recruiter Job Duties:

    • Achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, posting, and evaluating job candidates.
    • Coordination of all interview rounds, BG/Drug submission and reference checks. 
    • Strong communication skills are mandatory for this role.
    • Responsible for updating and maintaining iCIMs ATS.
    • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using job sites such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder,etc.
    • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and sending calendar invites, follows up on interviews for next steps.

    • 3+ years recent Recruiting Experience - preferably within the Consulting/BPO/RPO/ITO industry
