  • Overview

    The following position for a Field Manager will cover the Northeast Region for OSI Survey.


    The Field Manager may manage a team of employees.

    Exciting growth opportunity!  This leadership position is accountable for overall health of the territory and business.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of customer product and service delivery to include:  timely service while meeting production goals, positive impact on quality, recruit Field Specialists commensurate with territory needs, assign work based on Field Specialist skill-set and survey requirements, build strong customer relationships within their geographic region, and influence growth and future direction in a fast-paced environment.



    • Builds strong relationships with Field Specialists.
    • Manages the Field Specialist’s work assignments and productivity needs within a specified region.
    • Exceeds or meets company time service objectives.
    • Exceeds or meets personal and regional production goals.
    • Partners with Quality Review team to deliver excellent overall Quality of territory
    • Manages budget guidelines including Field Specialist’s expense ratios.
    • Builds relationships and credibility with insurance company clients and customers.
    • Drives efficient and consistent management practices within territory inline with company policies, procedures, and standards
    • Contributes proactively toward efficiency, timeliness, quality, or other improvements for entire team
    • Recruits and maintains Field Specialists benchstrength to meet company’s quality and professionalism standards.
    • Leads special projects as needed



    • 5+ Years of Loss Control / Risk Engineering with all lines
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
