    This position can be remotely located anywhere near a major US airport.



    • Provides clinical expertise during demonstrations of the CareRadius suite of products to both client and prospects either onsite or via WebEx. Participation in preparation work required for demonstrations including but not limited to:
      • Development and revision of demo scripts based upon prospect/client provided or internally developed scenario’s;
      • Participation in pre-demo (discovery)  calls with prospects;
      • Participation in demo dry runs prior to presentation;
      • Configuration of the demo database in preparation for demonstrations 
    • Participates in sales transition calls to implementation.
    • Able to demonstrate  the software during a presentation  
    • Serve as clinical resource for sales and internal staff on clinical questions related to the care management software.
    • Act as a SME for RFP responses
    • Performs routine database maintenance/configuration in preparation for future demonstrations
    • Maintains and updates demo related documentation

    Travel is required can be up to 75% of the time.



    • Registered Nurse Required
    • Previous experience working with or in a Health Plan. Utilization management experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of product experience gained in operations management Prior experience demonstrating care management software required.
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively identify and resolve complex problems working with people within all levels of the organization, as well as, external partners, clients and prospects
    • Strong organizational and inter-personal skills.
    • Strong analytical problem solving skills
    • Strong familiarity with MS Office suite of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Visio and proficient with WebEx and other web conferencing applications
