The Specialist II, Billing Services provides support to internal and/or external customers and colleagues.
The Specialist II serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in corporate policies and procedures for the department, products supported and multiple administrative systems, monitors own daily and monthly workflow and progress towards achieving service level agreements and performance standards. This role acts a leader for demonstrating a culture of continuous improvement.

Performs complex reconciliations and research analysis, assisting peers when necessary.
Assist with project initiatives and special assignments.

Associate degree or applicable experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Occasional travel required
Advanced knowledge of products, policies and procedures.
