    The Finance Transformation team within EXL Consulting practice is a world class, global professional services group dedicated to helping CFO’s develop and execute winning strategies and to drive improvements in effectiveness across the Finance organization.


    We are hiring Jr. Associates in the Charlotte, NC area with a focus on Data Analysis reporting to the Engagement Manager. The Jr. Associate Data Analysts will be a part of the service delivery team for medium to large teams engaged in finance transformation projects for global clients.


    Must have experience using Oracle / Power BI tools


    ***Please note - we are open to both temporary and full time perm applicants. Those who wish to be considered for full time permanent opportunities MUST be able and willing to relocate to the NYC/NJ area once the team project in Charlotte, NC is completed***



    • Work closely in cross functional teams to meet their data or analytics needs
    • Communicate and present data to management by developing reports or translate the data into an understandable document


    • Stay up-to-date with the latest analytical tools
    • Identify and troubleshoot data integration and validation issues


    Professional Experience Minimum

    • 2+ years in Data Analytics, Analysis and Mining 
    • 3+ years in a data analyst role
    • Logistics/Supply chain domain experience preferred
    • Usage of Oracle / Power BI tools



    Analytical Skills

    • Define data modeling requirements, validation of content, and problem-solving parameters
    • Deliver insights from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets
    • Analyze data analysis requests obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems
    • Develop and maintain processes for gathering and processing data for recurrent analytical requirements
