  • Overview

    SCIO Health Analytics, an EXL Company, is seeking a strategic, commercially focused HR Leader to become a key member of the Americas HR leadership team and a Senior Business Partner for our Healthcare Solutions business. The individual must have Human Resources Business Partner experience leading a high performance culture and creating a positive, accountability-based work environment within a complex/large company. The successful candidate will have the ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization, a strong leadership profile, deep business acumen, exceptional communication skills and an effective adaptive style across multiple stakeholder groups.
    The incumbent will work with Healthcare Solutions leaders and its employees to align human capital strategies and goals that support both the Healthcare and EXL corporate business strategies and goals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility and a strong track record of delivering results within the framework of the HR disciplines, including all aspects of talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, org design, change management, employee engagement, and retention. Experience in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse and distributed employee population would be a plus. Experience in the BPO, Healthcare or Analytics industries would also be a plus. This position is located in either our Pittsburgh, PA or Jacksonville, FL office.

    Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Interact and consult with key executives and business leaders to collaborate on business objectives and priorities to align people strategy with business needs
    • Provides consultative HR solutions and coaching for leaders on a range of business, performance and leadership issues
    • Identify, evaluate and resolve a range of employee relations, work performance and organizational productivity issues
    • Provide leadership, coaching and execution support on change initiatives to drive organizational change to enhance business performance
    • In partnership with corporate HR and HR Shared Services, drive execution of core HR strategies and processes (compensation planning, performance management, talent & succession planning, employee engagement, training & development, HR policies & practices, etc)
    • Lead and develop an effective and respected HR team. Ensure that the team is business savvy, proactive, responsive and anticipatory
    • Effectively utilize data, metrics, and analytics to drive insights and decision making
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and enhance programs and processes to identify, recruit, develop, integrate and retain top talent across the business
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communications to develop and communicate EXL's employee value proposition and employer brand
    • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing processes
    • Advise executives and senior managers on organizational design, change management, entry into new markets, and new start up businesses/locations
    • Participate on M&A deals as required

    Qualifications

    IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS required
    • 10+ years experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in global organizations known for progressive HR practices
    • Prior experience working in a BPO, Healthcare or Analytics industry groups is a plus
    • Demonstrated skill in partnering with senior management, business leaders, and HR colleagues through strong communication, collaboration, influencing skills and business acumen
    • Hands on experience at a company going through change and fast paced growth. Therefore, he/she will be comfortable working in a changing, global environment where people are held accountable to deliver
    • Experience in supporting multi-site/multi-state organizations
    • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high performance teams , effective partnerships, and collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Experience developing and executing employment branding strategies
    • Strong organizational, facilitation and project management skills
    • M&A due diligence and integration experience a plus
    • Commercially aware, big picture, systemic thinker. Strategic with the ability to be hands on and execute
