SCIO Health Analytics, an EXL Company, is seeking a strategic, commercially focused HR Leader to become a key member of the Americas HR leadership team and a Senior Business Partner for our Healthcare Solutions business. The individual must have Human Resources Business Partner experience leading a high performance culture and creating a positive, accountability-based work environment within a complex/large company. The successful candidate will have the ability to establish credibility at all levels of the organization, a strong leadership profile, deep business acumen, exceptional communication skills and an effective adaptive style across multiple stakeholder groups.
The incumbent will work with Healthcare Solutions leaders and its employees to align human capital strategies and goals that support both the Healthcare and EXL corporate business strategies and goals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility and a strong track record of delivering results within the framework of the HR disciplines, including all aspects of talent management, talent acquisition, succession planning, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, org design, change management, employee engagement, and retention. Experience in a global, matrixed organization with a diverse and distributed employee population would be a plus. Experience in the BPO, Healthcare or Analytics industries would also be a plus. This position is located in either our Pittsburgh, PA or Jacksonville, FL office.
