The Vice President – Finance International role is a critical finance leadership role responsible for reviewing and overseeing the finance operations of EXL’s International business from a compliance and reporting perspective. In this role, s/he will participate in developing financial and reporting processes for the International Business and actively working/supporting the International Leader on day-to-day decision-making activities. Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

- Additional certification as a ACA/ACCA etc. preferred.
- At least 15+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance in a global company with operations and data and analytics, service delivery or operations, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial role
- Proven record of accomplishment for leading a finance function, including liaising with global leadership and operating teams globally to develop and implement a strategic business management plan.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders in a globally matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues and challenges.
